Duggans: ‘Break The Silence’

Friends and family of a student from Golders Green who was killed in Germany under mysterious circumstances travelled to the spot where he died last week, to mark the six year anniversary of his death.

The parents of Jeremiah Duggan believe a notorious right-wing organisation was responsible for their son’s death – an accusation that has been cast aside by German authorities, who claim that the 22-year-old was simply knocked down by a car on the motorway.

On Friday, supporters of the Justice for Jeremiah campaign visited the town of Wiesbaden where they retraced his final steps before hosting a conference entitled Breaking the Silence at the Plaza Hotel, warning attendees of the danger of the right-wing Schiller Institute.

On the night of his death, Jeremiah’s mother, Erica, says her son made a frantic phone call home saying he was frightened for his life. He had apparently stumbled into a meeting of the Schiller Institute, thinking he was attending an anti-war gathering.
